   Current Business Position - Larry L. Landaeta, a software engineer with over twenty-one years of programming and design experience founded L Cubed Solutions on January 10th of 2003. L Cubed Solutions hit the ground running with various contracts in the residential and commercial markets.

Company Background - After six years of writing business applications and designing Graphical User Interfaces for IBM, Larry Landaeta put his experience to work in the Home Automation and Systems Integration fields by writing reusable control subsystems for a leading systems integration company. While learning every aspect of the business, he continually strived to improve and expand his knowledge of control systems and the software that runs them. Having been part of a company that tackled every aspect of corporate and home automation has enabled Larry to become familiar with a very wide range of equipment, subsystems, and their protocols. As an AMX Certified Expert (ACE) Larry is extremely knowledgeable with all AMX control systems and support equipment.

   Business Description - L Cubed Solutions is a limited liability corporation that provides consulting and software services in the systems integration arena. L Cubed Solutions is in the business of providing software solutions for individual equipment, subsystems, and complete systems integration packages as needed. We are capable of taking a project from the planning phase, through storyboarding, architecture design, software design, software development, installation, and final release.

    

3. Services - While L Cubed Solutions excels in all areas of software consulting, our main focus is the 'difficult to accomplish.' If a special control block or user interface is required, we can provide this as needed in a modular format.

   Service Descriptions - We have written many interfaces for RS-232 and ethernet equipment that are beyond the industry's normal programming expertise. All our interfaces are being made available on a per control system license or will be included on a per use fee when used within any project contracted with us. As time goes on, this ever growing toolbox will afford all our customers the quickest and most reliable solutions in the industry while providing them with the option to take advantage of some or all of the features included in each module.

   Competitive Comparison - Our hourly rate is competitive with the industry, and properly reflects our professional abilities. While there are a number of software consultants in our industry to choose from, fewer have a true software engineering background, and fewer still have any electronics experience. Larry Landaeta graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Haven in 1990 with a Computer Science degree and a minor in Electrical Engineering. Before that, he worked in the electronics industry as a technician and engineer for over ten years. This gives L Cubed Solutions a distinctive edge when writing systems integration software that must be both efficient and scalable.

   Service Delivery - Our products are normally delivered electronically, and would require the serial number(s) of the NetLinx master controller(s) upon which the software will run. We can also perform installation and verification of the system via the internet as long as proper access is provided at the time of installation. Deliverables at the time of installation include any data files needed to run the system, compiled modules, and a main source file that can be used to compile the modules. Each module will be set to run on the specified master(s) for a limited time (normally thirty days). Once payment is received for the services provided:

   1. New modules without the time limit will be sent for the specified master(s).
   2. Source code for the control and exercise of the modules provided will be sent.
